For making a reservation, we need a 50% deposit and 50% the balance will be collected on your arrival. If you are traveling during peak dates like Christmas, New Year, or any festivals, full (100%)payments will be needed in advance, depending on the hotel policy.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the tour fee in respect of the Product purchased (as stated in the tour invoice document) are paid in such a fashion that at least 50% of the fee are credited to our account 30 days prior to the date of travel. This condition can be modified in certain cases where added payments may be requested well ahead of time. These are typically situations where parts of travel booking are confirmed only against receipt of advance payments.
Booking Procedure –
Booking will be confirmed on receipt of advance deposit only.
(1) We require 50% advance deposit to hold the booking.
(2) Balance 50% must reach us to tour starting date.
